Summary of role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate Brand Manager to join our semiconductor manufacturing company. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, the ideal candidate will possess a blend of design expertise, leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a talent for visual storytelling, all with a global mindset. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s presence, ensuring its consistency across all platforms and materials, including internal & external communications and global events.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and technology marketing, sales, and HR to ensure brand consistency. 

  • Design and execute compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate the brand’s values and product offerings across our websites, events and all visual content. 

  • Manage brand campaigns from conception to execution, measuring and reporting on their effectiveness. 

  • Parter with HR and to develop and implement employee branding initiatives to promote a positive internal culture and enhance the company’s external image. 

  • Create and manage a library of brand assets, including templates for presentations, documents, and marketing materials, ensuring they are easily accessible in a shared drive.  

  • Ensure materials and content align with brand guidelines and communicate desired messages. 

  • Manage a small team of creatives and storytellers. 
     

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in a B2B manufacturing environment. 

  • Strong design capabilities with proficiency in design software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional engagement. 

  • Adept at crafting and presenting visual stories that resonate with diverse audiences. 

  • Brand and Communications functional knowledge required

  • Proficiency in using digital asset management tools and shared drives for organizing corporate assets. 

  • Experience working with senior leaders in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong communications skills, creativity, analytical thinking and excellent project management skills,  

  • B2B Manufacturing Industry background

Expected Salary Range

$95,200.00 - $181,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
