• The Salesforce Developer's role is to work with business partners to realize the full capability of the CRM. He/she will be responsible for design and development of customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. The Salesforce Developer will be in charge of design, development, testing, and change management. Drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce.

• Strong Knowledge of SFDC standard Objects and familiarity with designing Custom Objects and Lightning platform
• Experience with Sales and Service Cloud in Lightning Platform. A plus with experience with Service Financial and Marketing Cloud
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM Configuration, Customization, Testing of applications, Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, custom fields, role based Page Layouts, Custom Reports, and Report Folders, Report extractions to various formats, design of Visual Force Pages, Dashboards and various other components as per the client and application requirements.
• Experience in designing and developing complex mappings applying various transformations and mapplets. Extensive experience in developing the Workflows, Sessions, Mappings, and API integration.
• Practical understanding of all phases of SDLC with proven experience in successfully executing assignments of requirements gathering, estimation, design, development, testing and deployment of software systems.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.
