RAC Insurance is seeking a dynamic and proactive Integration Analyst to join our Claims Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting leadership by managing day-to-day operations, driving small-scale projects, and coordinating strategic initiatives. Your efforts will ensure seamless transitions, alignment across functions, and integrated solutions that meet organisational objectives.

This role is offered on an initial 12month Contract. 

What’s the role?

  • Apply strategic execution approaches to enable the successful delivery of programs, projects, and operational changes.
  • Drive business engagement processes, including ideation, concept development, business cases, and project audit reviews.
  • Develop initial estimates for cost, timelines, benefits, and risks, implementing action plans to address identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with Sponsors, Delivery Leads, Project Managers, and SMEs to integrate solutions into business operations effectively.
  • Lead operational and project delivery assurance alignment, including regulatory and compliance changes.
  • Conduct readiness and impact assessments, advising and influencing leaders to support transitions and compliance changes.
  • Partner with Group Strategy to facilitate business information sharing, scheduling, and support through the change lifecycle.
  • Contribute to efficient project management and reporting capabilities.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated expertise in Change Management or Project Management.
  • Advanced analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking, with excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in planning, prioritising, and delivering outcomes aligned with organisational goals.
  • Experience within Insurance or Financial Services is desirable.
  • Experience in business performance reporting is desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or Certifications in Project Management, Business or similar.
