オペレーションズ・インテリジェンス(OI)‐データアナリスト/レポート開発の生産エンジニアは、インダストリアル・エンジニアリング（IE）部門の一員として、工場のパフォーマンスを分析・最適化するためのレポート開発責任を担います。このIE部門のメンバーは、利害関係者との連携を通じて、大量のデータの分析および可視化を行ない、ビジネス目標達成に向けて私達の製品製造活動を継続的に改善するソリューションを提供します。

＜OIエンジニアの要件＞

データ分析およびレポート開発、ならびにインダストリアル・エンジニアリングの概念に関して確かな習熟度を有しており、これらの概念を以下のように適用できること。  　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

・複雑な可視化技術を活用し、大量のデータを解析・分析するソリューションの開発・作成。

・キャパシティのボトルネックを解消し、サイクルタイムを短縮し、資本資産活用（CUA）を最適化することでビジネス要件を満たすレポーティングソリューションをエリアや生産ラインに対しての開発・実行。

・生産ラインのパフォーマンス能力や主要メトリックスの実行について、顧客に深い理解を提供するレポーティング機能の提供。

・生産ラインパフォーマンスのリスクと改善機会を明らかにするための自動化されたレポーティングソリューションを先駆けて開発。

・会社の目標を支援するための情報やメトリックスを提供し、体系的なアプローチで複雑な問題を解決し、革新的なソリューションを開発し、その展開を効果的に伝えるための管理。

・複数の部門および工場が関係するプロジェクトの主導・計画・実行。

・目標に対して生産能力を継続的に改善するためのアプリケーションを開発するため、マネージャー陣との連携。

・将来的なロードマップ計画のため、生産管理部門、搬送部門、プランニング部門との連携。

・上記のスキルと成果を展開するにあたり、他のチームメンバーの指導。

An Operations Intelligence (OI) – Data Analyst/Report Development Industrial Engineer is part of the Industrial Engineering (IE) Team and is responsible for developing reports for analyzing and optimizing the performance of the factory. Through stakeholder partnerships, this IE team member provides reports, data analysis & visualization, and delivers solutions that continuously improve our factory’s execution in the achievement of business objectives.

The requirements for OI engineer:

Include a solid understanding of the concepts of data analysis/development of reports and industrial engineering, and the fact that those concepts can certainly be applied as follows:

• Develop and create solutions for data analytics through complex visualization techniques.  
• Develop and implement reporting solutions for the area and production line which meets the business requirements for exploiting bottleneck capacity, reducing cycle time and optimizing CAU (Capital Asset Utilization).
• Develop reporting capabilities that provide customers with in-depth understanding of production line performance capabilities and execution toward key metrics.
• Pioneer new automated reporting solutions that uncover production line performance risks and improvement opportunities.
• The provisioning of metrics and information in support of company objectives
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems utilizing a structure approach, to develop innovative solutions, and to effectively communicate and manage the deployment of solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, and execute projects involving multiple departments and/or factories.
• Working with management to develop applications to continuously improve production performance to objectives.
• Interfacing with Production, AMHS, Planning, and SIC to plan for future roadmap. 
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others in their development of the above skills and results.

Qualifications:

It is desirable to have the following skills and knowledge, but not all:

• Understanding of statistics, data analysis and problem solving
• Intermediate skill in:

• Advanced understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) such as scheduling, inventory control, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of database management methods and techniques, including familiarity with Micron Fab MES etc.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with supported areas and peers and gain their trust and respect.
• Proven skill at continuous improvement by striving to increase output of the Fab and reduce area cycle time.
