We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Delivery Manager to join our IT Service Management engineering team. In your role you will be key role into shaping our ServiceNow Platform projects and our business as usual (BAU) streams and local development team.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As the Software Engineering Delivery Manager, you will drive end-to-end delivery excellence across multiple workstreams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ServiceNow-based projects and BAU activities, ensuring on-time, high-quality results aligned with business needs
  • Team Coordination: Lead and mentor the local software development team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders across IT, Operations, Compliance, and Business Units; manage expectations and communicate progress transparently
  • Quality & Governance: Implement robust quality assurance processes, including testing, change control, and release management, to ensure system stability and compliance
  • Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks; optimise resource allocation and capacity planning to support changing priorities
  • Process Excellence: Champion adoption of ITIL frameworks and best practices in incident, problem, change, and configuration management within the ServiceNow ecosystem

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform (certification preferred)
  • At least 3 years in a Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or Technical Project Leadership role
  • Demonstrated proficiency with: ServiceNow platform (development, administration, integrations), ITIL v3/v4 practices and lifecycle stages, Agile/Scrum frameworks and DevOps principles, Enterprise IT infrastructure and service management workflows
  • Strong Analytical Thinking: Able to dissect complex technical challenges and design scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep commitment to understanding user needs and delivering exceptional service experiences
  • Influencing & Negotiation Skills: Skilled at building consensus among cross-functional partners and navigating competing priorities
  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English; able to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Respectful of diverse working styles and inclusive of different perspectives—key to thriving in our global organisation
