About the Role:

The Instructional Designer on the Sales Enablement team collaborates with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and enablement business partners to build high-quality, engaging eLearning modules and custom-designed learning scripts for our revenue teams. This role focuses on creating compelling learning content using Articulate 360, with a strong emphasis on Storyline and Rise, to deliver impactful training solutions. Our mission is to combine excellent instructional design with modern tools to produce world-class learning experiences.

The Enablement Programs team provides support to the Sales Enablement function, creating high-quality training content and ensuring it aligns with Motive's sales goals. Ideally, you have instructional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and development process.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate 360, with a focus on Storyline and Rise.
  • Create detailed and effective learning scripts tailored to specific learning objectives and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals.
  • Craft interactive scenarios, knowledge checks, and assessments to enhance learner engagement.
  • Manage and maintain project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining instructional design templates and standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of instructional design experience.
  • Proficiency in using Articulate 360, with extensive experience in Storyline and Rise.
  • Strong skills in writing clear and engaging learning scripts that align with learning objectives.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to transform complex ideas into digestible training content.
  • Experience developing scenario-based learning and other interactive activities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to brand standards and instructional principles.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Enablement or Learning & Development is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
