JR49102 ENGINEER - PEE FAB SUPPORT / PSM

• Proactively promote safety priorities and standards
• Maintain vigilance and escalate workplace safety concerns
• Proactively monitor the performance of equipment and address any issues in a timely manner
• Direct shift equipment team in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of all Fab Support duties and able to assist in developing the technical skills of your team • Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift techs: attendance, staffing, and reviews
• Support the needs of the Fab Support engineering team
• Act as the primary liaison between the FAB personnel and the Fab Support group in Production matters
• Accept responsibility for all equipment, process, and personnel issues during shift
• Ensure coverage as needed to maintain shift needs
• Coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities
• Foster an environment for other Fab10 employees to resolve problems, give feedback and express concerns

• Oversee proper pass down between shift
• Assist with equipment installs, tests and commissioning
• Provide timely update to Engineering Team and Managers on tool and area issues
• Adhere to safety protocols/procedures established to achieve incident-free working environment
• Maintain vigilance and escalate workplace safety concerns Maintain tool performance through scheduling and performing corrective/preventive maintenance on assigned tool sets in compliance to established operating procedures
• Document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs
• Routine review of maintenance check sheets and procedures - Increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship

• Assist with equipment installs, tests and commissioning

• Provide timely update to Engineers and Managers on tool and area issues Monitor, analyze and address tool trends and issues on daily basis and respond to tool alarms and monitoring systems out of control issues to prevent wafer quality impact and excursion

• Recommend operating procedure improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency

• Participate in cost reduction by looking out for and suggesting cost efficient alternatives and opportunities for repair/refurbishment

• Contribute to productivity and equipment continual improvement projects (CIP)
