What We're Looking For

This position is responsible for leading the development of complex business and technology solutions and contributing to the strategic use of systems for our clients. You will work with client stakeholders to define solution strategy, manage project tasks, and ensure quality and performance in delivery. You will also provide technical guidance to junior team members and support the evolution of business analysis practices, positioning yourself for future leadership in enterprise client initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Leads requirements gathering and system analysis for enterprise projects.
• Defines project scope, technical approach, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manages cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Mentors junior analysts and promotes best practices in business analysis.
• Evaluates and recommends technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensures compliance with IT regulations and data security standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or
• In lieu of education, 9 years of relevant experience

What You'll Bring:

• Advanced knowledge of process modeling and stakeholder engagement, system integration, and system verification
• Experience with software/system delivery and business process improvement

What We Prefer:

• Master’s degree in computer science or information technology
