Project management: You are responsible for the independent management of transformation / digitalisation projects, from solution conception to planning and implementation as well as ongoing communication and performance measurement. At the same time, you are the first point of contact for ideas and requirements from the market and represent the interests of our sales network as a "subject matter expert" for the rental business in global projects.
Your strengths:
You have relevant professional experience in intralogistics, the automotive industry, a leasing or rental company or similar and preferably have knowledge of the following areas: Rental & Used, Pricing, Asset Management, Fleet Management or finance
You have a degree in (technical) economics, e.g. business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or similar
Alternatively, you have completed an apprenticeship and have several years of relevant professional experience
You have an in-depth understanding of the relevant processes in the industrial sector (B2B), including in matrix organisations, and have strong conceptual, methodical and analytical skills
You are characterised by your team-oriented way of working, strong implementation skills and initiative and you communicate fluently in English and a second European language
