Oliver Wyman Tech is building rapid AI delivery pods, with teams based in Dublin, to address some of the most critical business challenges across our global enterprise. You will join a high-impact team operating as an AI acceleration engine — rapidly prototyping, validating, and deploying scalable enterprise solutions that move from idea to measurable impact in weeks, not months.

The Lead Product Manager plays a crucial role in steering the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of key OWG (Oliver Wyman Group) Tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.

In this role, the Tech Product Manager will lead one or more AI delivery pods, coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver AI-enabled solutions for business stakeholders. This position adheres to best practices, standards, and guidelines in both product and project management.

As an internal role, the Tech Product Manager supports initiatives and teams across Oliver Wyman. While our primary focus is on consulting, this position is situated within our Technology organization.

We will count on you to:

• Drive and execute AI-enabled OWG Tech initiatives aligned with departmental or organizational strategy.
• Lead one or more AI delivery pods, coordinating engineers, QA, architecture, and UX resources to ensure delivery objectives are met.
• Develop effective project plans with defined objectives, deliverables, milestones, and communication plans.
• Manage project resources and budget to ensure objectives are met.
• Partner with OWG Tech AI leaders, including Engineering Managers and AI Solutions Architects, to ensure roles and expectations are clearly defined and understood.
• Identify critical paths and risks within AI-enabled initiatives; track them and facilitate mitigation.
• Create and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and delivery documentation.
• Report project health and status utilizing agreed project management systems and tools.
• Ensure project closure meetings are held and produce closure reports highlighting outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure AI-enabled initiatives progress from proof-of-concept through to production-ready solutions, in line with enterprise standards.

What you need to have:

• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and consensus building, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of technology project management methodologies and frameworks, along with information management practices and tech solution delivery processes, procedures, and toolsets.
• A solid technical background with experience in product ownership and relationship management, particularly in managing cloud-based or data-driven technology initiatives within large organizations.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and capabilities, sufficient to manage AI-enabled initiatives effectively (hands-on AI delivery experience is preferred but not required).
• Proficient in budgeting, invoicing, and project financial management, supported by excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional planning capabilities, a strong customer service orientation, and a polished, professional demeanour.
• Proven ability to plan and facilitate effective meetings, deliver strong presentations, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with 5+ years of experience in product and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business, or equivalent experience.
• Scrum Master certification required.
