Role Summary: This key transformational role is a part of the Enterprise Engineering leadership team. We are looking for a proven people leader that has experience in productivity toolsets with an emphasis on Microsoft 365. The primary charter includes articulating and delivering a multi-year transformation strategy for this space, as well as hiring and growing the talent necessary to activate that strategy. Note: this role will focus less on Microsoft Teams and more on the other parts of the Microsoft stack + other productivity tooling.

The enterprise engineering team is at the heart of accomplishing this mission, building critical enterprise capabilities – from Mobility systems, Productivity Platforms, Collaboration tools, Billing & Payments Platforms to ERP systems for Enterprise Financials and Human Capital Management systems that enable the company to accelerate efficiency of internal operations.
