Sales Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Logiwa, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing the customer journey throughout the sales process. You will own the sales process from qualification to close, and manage the customer relationship throughout the sales lifecycle by reading customer metrics, being proactive, and understanding customer behavior leading to product engagement. This role will focus on our mid-market and SMB customers. 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the sales process from qualification to close
  • Run effective and engaging SaaS Product Demos in order to close new clients
  • Assist in finding prospects and leads, identifying new sales opportunities as you go
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Work in conjunction with our Sales Development, Marketing, and Technical teams to provide the best customer experience

You Have:

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, owning a sales cycle from nurture to close
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota goals
  • Experience selling supply chain technology solutions to customers (WMS, ERP, TMS)
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (we use Hubspot) 
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships,
  • The ability to travel within the US for occasional on-site visits with clients
