We’re hiring for the position of Territory Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for marketing and sales of our wide spectrum of summer crops, building relationships with key players in the grain industry as well as our dynamic South African farmers and work in close partnership with leading companies in the industry

Your Challenge:

• You must be able to work independently and be highly motivated

• You must have exceptional communication skills and people knowledge

• You must be disciplined and have a drive to reach targets under challenging conditions

• You must have a good knowledge of Agriculture and cultivation of cash crops.

• You must be a team player

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

You will mostly be working with our clients daily but will also work closely with partners in Agriculture like financial institutions, co-operations and from time-to-time our government officials.

Ficksburg, Free State Province, South Africa

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• A diploma/degree in Agriculture or marketing or

• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales in an Agriculture related business

• A valid South African driver’s license

• To read, write and speak English and Afrikaans fluently

• To be computer literate

• To have good communication skills.

• To physically work on fields when trials are planted, evaluated, or harvested
