The User Experience Sr. Analyst is an intermediate level experienced role, strongly contributing to the research, analysis and design of digital products and systems.
User Experience partners with Product and Technology colleagues to create innovative and intuitive digital products that deliver best-in-class user experience and usability to our clients, both internally and externally. We undertake a wide spectrum of activities, from discovery and research, through definition, ideation, and design, to the management of design systems and the delivery of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to our development partners.
The UX Design Group’s primary goal is to research and design products and solutions that are streamlined, intuitive, consistent, accessible, great-looking, and easy-to-use, which perfectly suit (or even anticipate) our clients’ needs.

The Digital Content Sr Analyst designs the words that people see and hear when they interact with software, he can design between a product and its user with clarity, consistency, precision, self-awareness, lots of review, and careful attention to context and audience. Responsible for content strategy which may also include information architecture and uxwriting.
A Content Designer produces the words that make the user’s experience of an interface more conversational and intuitive. From mobile app onboarding and payment screens to error messages and tooltips, a UX writer fine-tunes the overall UX on the level of individual word choice and placement.
