The Opportunity

The Sales Director, ACS Services, is responsible for leading and managing a team of ACS Account Executives focused on selling Adobe’s full portfolio of subscription-based and custom services offerings—including Ultimate Success, Integrated Services, Custom Services, and Premium Learning across Asia (Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Korea). This role drives revenue growth, accelerates customer value realization, and delivers a unified “One Adobe” experience. As Adobe customers embrace AI-powered solutions and reimagine their businesses, this leader will ensure the team positions Adobe as a strategic partner, enabling measurable outcomes and fueling ARR and top-line growth.

What you’ll do

Market & Sales Leadership

  • Lead ACS business development across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Korea, applying deep knowledge of regional markets, cultural dynamics, and customer expectations to shape winning strategies.
  • Navigate complex deal structures and negotiations in diverse regulatory and business environments, ensuring compliance while maximizing value for Adobe and the customer.
  • Build strong executive-level relationships by understanding local decision-making processes and adapting engagement approaches to each market’s unique business culture.
  • Drive high-impact subscription and services deals including Ultimate Success, Integrated Services, Custom Services, and Premium Learning by aligning Adobe’s offerings with customer priorities and market trends.

Sales Execution & Strategy

  • Drive success in selling Ultimate Success, Integrated Services, Custom Services, and Premium Learning subscriptions, alongside strategic consulting engagements.
  • Oversee multiple complex sales cycles and close deals within a quarter.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with ACS priorities to accelerate subscription adoption and customer value realization.
  • Partner closely with License Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure integrated selling motions and a seamless customer experience.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain rigorous forecasting processes with a variance of less than 5%.
  • Ensure pipeline health and accountability, driving the team to meet bookings targets and organizational KPIs.
  • Promote disciplined account and opportunity planning with customer-agreed close plans.
  • Customer Advocacy
  • Represent Adobe ACS Services to regional leadership and executive-level clients across Asia.
  • Deliver outcome-based engagements that maximize customer success and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Position Adobe as a strategic partner for AI-powered transformation and digital experience innovation.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Responsible for managing two leaders with an overall team of 11+ ACS Account Executives across SEA, Korea and GC in complex opportunity development and negotiations.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-potential sales professionals.
  • Foster a motivated, customer-focused team environment.
  • Grow and maintain strong client relationships across Government and Commercial sectors in Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Korea.
