As part of Commercial Banking, we support established enterprises with annual turnovers up to $30 million and commercial debt up to $15 million across diverse and specialist industries. We take a customer‑first approach, delivering tailored solutions through business lending, transaction banking, cash flow and trade finance, asset finance, wealth management, and risk management services holistic.

Your Impact.
Our Commercial Banking team is looking for an Analyst to support Commercial Banking portfolio and partner with Relationship Executives. Our work can range from standard to complex clients, helping deliver lending, deposits and transaction banking solutions while balancing growth, risk and credit quality.
 

This role suits a Business or Commercial Banking Credit Analyst, who is wanting to make immediate impact and can manage credit workflows with confidence, support day‑to‑day banking needs, gain exposure to complex transactions, and help deliver strong client experiences that build lasting relationships.
 

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct financial modelling, credit assessment, and risk analysis for new and existing lending
  • Prepare high‑quality credit submissions, annual reviews, and approval papers
  • Coordinate deal execution through documentation, settlement, and funding
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit and reporting requirements
  • Develop client and industry insights to support sound credit and commercial decision‑making


You bring:

  • Either Proven experience in an highly analytical role or experience in Business or Commercial Banking credit analysis, including credit writing, annual reviews, transaction structuring, and strong financial and cash flow analysis skills
  • Demonstrated client service capability, with evidence of establishing & maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred), alongside sound judgement, a proactive mindset, and commitment to ongoing professional development
