The Role
As a Procurement Intern, you will support the automation of processes within the Control Tower team to improve efficiency and service levels across plants. This project focuses on reducing manual workload, ensuring timely availability of spare parts, and optimizing procurement operations through digital solutions.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

  • Automate Control Tower team processes to streamline operations.
  • Develop automation for downloading MFG reports.
  • Automate email notifications for purchase order follow-ups.
  • Implement automation for price and lead-time corrections.
  • Validate implemented changes with warehouses in each plant.

What Success Looks Like

  • Fully automated workflows for reporting and follow-up processes.
  • Improved accuracy and speed in procurement operations.
  • Enhanced service level to plants by ensuring spare parts availability on time.
  • Reduced manual intervention and operational delays.

Work Model & Travel
