Position Summary:
Senior HCM Consultant
 

Job Roles and responsibilities 
 ·         Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant.  
·         Extensive Experience in PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll Modules - at least 4 - 5 ETE implementations.
·         Good understanding of the HCM Functionalities to be able to prepare high quality Technical Specifications as per the requirements.
·         Experience in Payroll and time Configurations, Dynamic Actions. Good understanding of Organizational Management relationships.
·         Ability to translate functional / non-functional requirements to systems requirements.
·         Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications.
·         Ability to design complex interface programs.
·         Experience in gathering the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.
·         Ability to provide estimation of work requirements.
·         Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
·         Strong communication (verbal/written) skills.
