Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily cash balances and cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet payments

• Supervise and provide guidance to team members in bank account administration and documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

• Prepare and manage bank correspondence and loan documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Communicate effectively with bankers and appropriate follow‑up on banking matters

• Compile and prepare reports for management review

• Maintain accurate and well‑organized filing systems and develop internal procedures to facilitate departmental cash flow management

• Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to employees to ensure performance aligns with business objectives

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in banking, auditing or loan administration

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting, with CFA or CPA certification would be an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Advanced in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Office & PowerPoint)

• Detail‑oriented with strong numerical skills and familiarity with banking procedures

• Strong time management and organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without comprising quality
