The Automation Center of Excellence within Global Information Service organization is seeking an Automation Process Analyst. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for enhancing customer engagement and leveraging technology to streamline business processes.  The ideal

candidate will be adept at building strong relationships, designing marketing strategies and campaigns, and understanding business processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Automation Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in identifying automation opportunities to help the business achieve productivity goals.  This position offers a unique

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as an  interface with a business unit or functional area such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management and relationship management.

  • Evangelize and promote awareness of RPA and Intelligent Automation technology and solutions enterprise wide

  • Collaborate with IT and Business teams to develop high-quality content for Automation newsletters, website, education presentations and executive presentations.

  • Work closely with technology teams to understand Intelligent Automation features and benefits

  • Collaborate with IT and business units to understand strategic goals and objectives, and identify areas where automation solutions can help meet productivity goals

  • Build and maintain relationships with IT and business stakeholders

  • Analyze business requirements and derive business case by determining value savings and benefits

  • Ability to understand, document and articulate end to end business processes

  • Prepare for and facilitate Automation Council Meetings, secure funding, track budgets, and develop and track KPIs

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of RPA technology, UI path and/or other automation platforms

U.S. Salary Range:

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
