Description:

  • Trains, mentors and oversees performance management for senior level support staff and junior level professional colleagues, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
  • Performs critical client functions, including, evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.
  • Works with more senior Account Managers to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
  • Strives to meet sales goals by partnering with more senior Account Managers.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. Serves as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answers standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Supervise a team of Account Representatives to ensure expectations of role are met
  • Effectively coach and develop team members to help achieve goals including oversite of established process, accuracy and timely delivery of established client support work to be completed
  • Build effective relationships with external partners outside of the Bogota site to provide service delivery excellence when supporting our clients. This includes leading and/or participating in stakeholder engagement sessions and work in partnership with client teams to improve the client experience
  • Contribute and oversee process improvement with efforts to increase efficiency. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by leading team to deliver high quality client service activities
  • Manage staffing capacity to maintain adequate staffing and build talent bench strength
  • Actively engage in the overall on-boarding process, including interviews of new hires up through the time colleagues are fully integrated into production

What you need to have:

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years, (3+ in insurance, financial, or professional services)
  • Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
