岗位职责:
1、用户咨询在线承接:针对客路平台中国大陆用户的售前售后咨询提供专业支持,全力协助用户解决在使用 app 或小程序时遇到的各类问题,确保用户使用体验流畅。
2、售前咨询与订单转化:积极承接售前咨询,熟练且全面地介绍公司产品、平台活动及相关产品信息,凭借出色的沟通技巧和产品知识,推动售前订单转化,助力业务增长。
3、售后事务处理:根据用户需求,高效处理订单修改、取消等售后事宜,确保用户权益得到保障,维护用户满意度。
4、工单管理与主动服务:负责处理用户工单,主动与客户取得联系,深入了解问题并提供有效解决方案,致力于提升客路用户整体体验。
5、跨部门客服协作:协助其他业务部门开展客服在线咨询工作,促进公司内部信息共享与协同,提升整体服务效率。
任职要求:
1、熟练运用语言和文字与用户进行高效沟通,能够快速准确理解用户需求,并及时提供满意的解决方案,以确保用户问题得到妥善处理;
2、具备快速学习新知识和适应新环境的能力,能够迅速熟悉平台公司内部沟通流程以及平台热销产品的详细信息,以便更好地为用户提供服务;
3、具备一定英语水平(简单日常交流及英文邮件读写能力)者优先考虑,有助于拓展服务范围,应对国际用户咨询需求;
