Your role:
Creating new cases: corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance rise by customers
Providing calculation on customer demands for paid maintenance services and repairs
Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineer
Receiving POs from customer and Service Engineers for spare parts
Processing POs in the system which ends with an automatic request to the transportation department
Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails

You're the right fit if:
You have some experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)
You know Czech and English language on min. C1 level
You have an analytical mind
Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
