Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to navigate challenges and optimize delivery outcomes within a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and report on project status.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in managing and delivering security services projects within a global delivery framework.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
