Overview:

Develop, implement and execute various operational risk/compliance-related initiatives at the business line level, to include production of materials for both internal and external exams, conducting fraud reviews, updating and creating training materials, provide expertise and support for the business line, performing monitoring, and/or testing including the creation and updating of scripts. Analyze various State and Federal regulations to determine the relevance to business lines. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the timely review of Vendor document release notes with technology, business stakeholders, MRM, CRM and Legal.

Work with Agile Team(s) to prioritize new and/or updated versions of documents programmed and generated from any platform, including the mortgage system of record, to ensure the most current, Investor/Insurer required and regulatory compliant versions are available.

Oversee the change management process related to customer facing artifacts as per approved policy & procedures; i.e.: documents, emails, templates, etc. to ensure proper review and approvals of those artifacts are obtained, recorded and tracked. (DCM library)

Perform regular review of the PLRRM library to ensure Risk-imposed periodic reviews are performed as outlined within the procedures.

Assist in providing any internal/external/investor exam requests for document samples or artifact change management administration materials.

Assist business partners (e.g. technology, legal, risk management) with document functionality inquiries, including: clarifying versions in use/retired
ensure document eSIgn functionality (tagged, checkboxes for customer/employees interaction) as appropriate
assist with future development of eClosings

Supervisory/ Managerial Responsibilities:

May serve as a team lead

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum two years’ relevant industry experience, to include one year of compliance experience.

Two years’ supervisory / work leadership experience preferred.
Sound analytical abilities and problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
 Two years’ departmental experience preferred. 
Solid working knowledge of personal computers and software utilized by the Division.  

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $60,890.34 - $101,483.90 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
