What you'll do...

As a Distinguished Software Engineer (DSE), you will become a pivotal component of our highly visible global security technology team. We are searching for a consummate full-stack technical connoisseur who can provide strategic counsel, architectural blueprints, and direct, hands-on assistance to our engineering teams. Your role will be vital in guaranteeing the cultivation of sturdy, scalable, AI-integrated solutions with high availability and scalability. Your extensive and comprehensive acumen of software engineering methodologies, practices, instruments, lifecycle management, and technologies will be instrumental in the design, execution, testing, and deployment of this intricate software platform. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support in the development of best practices, architectural designs, and technology solutions. 

  • Lead and mentor teams in the implementation of complex systems, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the continuous improvement of our technology stack and processes. 

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software engineering, advocating for their adoption where appropriate. 

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems that meet business goals and customer needs. 

  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and troubleshooting sessions to ensure the highest standards of development. 

  • Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and inclusivity within the team. 

  • A strategic mindset to align technical initiatives with business goals 

  • Implement and oversee Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) strategies, ensuring high-quality software development and timely product releases. 

  • Crucial to the role is the ability to deploy Data Science and General AI solutions at scale, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within diverse system environments. 

  • The position requires a strong understanding of large-scale deployment strategies and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges associated with deploying AI solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
