• <point>Defining and tracking customer support KPIs, automating reporting for real-time insights, and collaborating with operations teams to drive improvements.</point>
• <point>Managing Jira tasks for analytics projects, ensuring timely execution, resource alignment, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.</point>
• <point>Evaluating and implementing analytics tools, ensuring data integrity through governance best practices, and maintaining compliance with security regulations.</point>
• <point>Working with Finance, Data Engineering, IT, Marketing, and Operations, presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.</point>
