What you can expect

Zoom is looking for Account Executives specializing in Higher Education to sell our Zoom Workplace Platform. You will be working with education clients to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their video and online meeting needs. You will proactively engage with higher education institutions, as well as follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads.

Responsibilities  

  • Meeting or exceeding sales and product objectives by selling Zoom services into Higher Education level accounts

  • Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs, engaging technical resources and using solution-selling technique

  • Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns

  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

  • Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement creating satisfied customers, using Salesforce CRM and resolving client issues

What we’re looking for

  • Experience selling into the Higher Ed vertical

  • Have fluency in English and French (verbal and written)

  • Be able to develop business within new and existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and projects

  • Have demonstrated excellence in presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

  • Have presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn, with excellent collaboration and relationship building skills

  • Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated, with excellent verbal skills

  • Have CRM experience

  • opportunités et les défis actuels et proposer des solutions recommandées

  • Prévision de l'activité commerciale et des revenus, création de clients satisfaits, utilisation du CRM

  • Salesforce et résolution des problèmes des clients

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
