Job Summary

Provides leadership and oversight for projects dedicated to process improvement, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies. Oversees teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitors key performance indicators and leverages data analytics to inform project direction.
  • Leads, motivates, and develops team members, promoting a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
  • Manages financial results and communicates progress on objectives; prepares forecasts for future initiatives based on quantifiable enhancements.
  • Delivers training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma principles and identifies high-impact projects for execution.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the field
  • Expert in material flows, warehousing and supply chain end to end processes
  • Expert Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
  • English Advanced
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interpersonal Relationships:

  • Recognizes impact of interactions, roles, viewpoints, collaborates with others, and adapts communication style.

Problem Solving:

  • Documents problems and solutions, consider stakeholder perspectives, evaluate information accuracy, analyze alternatives, and use diagnostic tools.

Process Improvement:

  • Maps workflows, identifies bottlenecks, implements controls, targets major issues, and addresses systemic problems.

Project Management:

  • Contributes to project tracking tools, plans simple projects, gathers stakeholder input, and prepares status reports.

Six Sigma Methodology:

  • Selects critical metrics, analyzes performance with statistical tools, investigates quality impacts, solves routine issues, and reports deviations.

Top Candidates also have:

  • MBA, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or related to the field
  • Certification in 6 Sigma Black Belt
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge in the Digital Tools MS OFFICE 365 (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI, Data Analytics)
  • Certification in APICS, CPIM, Supply Chain Professional

Additional Information:

  • Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Facility.
  • This position is five-day a week in-office model.
  • This position will require travelling up to 10% of working time (Domestic and International).
  • Valid Travel Visa and Passport
