The Chief of Staff for the Head of Business and Operational Risk and International CRO is a member of the senior leadership team aligned with the newly formed subdivision in Global Risk and Security (GR&S).You will help the senior leadership team shape and drive the risk-smart governance culture across our client facing divisions and International business. 

 

In this role, you will have significant influence and responsibility shaping the culture and team norms in a newly organized subdivision in partnership with subdivisional senior leadership. In this role, you will serve as a primary resource and point of contact for the Head of Business Risk and International CRO and will develop and coordinate executive materials and reports. You will participate in critical subdivisional and divisional strategic initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with members of the division’s and subdivision’s senior leadership team to design and develop annual strategic business plans. Demonstrates initiative and creativity in refining strategic plans and goals for divisional initiatives. Reports out on the sub-division's progress and provides support and guidance to senior leaders.
• Manages all senior leadership staff meetings, planning sessions and off-sites. Creates and develops content and agendas.
• Designs high level presentations for use in various internal and external speaking engagements. Works closely with data and provides information in a user-friendly, format.  Develops presentations on a wide variety of topics.
• Authors and supports the design and development of regularly scheduled reports and communications.
• Leads or participates in key projects for the subdivision and division.
• Completes ad-hoc data analysis on an as-needed basis per senior leaders instruction.
• Works with senior leaders and MD Chief of Staff to co-author divisional papers for governance bodies.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years general experience. Two years of project management experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
