Responsibilities: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your responsibilities will include accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. In this role, you are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. You will actively participate and contribute in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Quality Management is required. Issue Management and Application Quality Analysis with intermediate proficiency are recommended.
Collaborate with the client and system/application teams to identify and resolve issues
Ensure the quality and reliability of the systems by conducting thorough analysis and testing
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance system performance
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions

  • Able to speak, write and read in English (language)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and common software applications.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
