We're looking for a Commercial Operations Executive (7 Month FTC) to join our team in Singapore as part of our Operations function.

Your Role: You will sit within the Money20/20 Operations Team to support the operational delivery of all sponsors and exhibitors at Money20/20 Asia. You will be a core role both in the lead up to and during the onsite delivery of the show.

The role will require travel to Money20/20 shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial operations lead in the successful execution of the exhibition floor. This will include supplier liaison, liaising with the sales team on floor plan changes and working with our Health & Safety supplier on stand plan approvals
  • Manage the delivery for shell scheme stands, turnkey stands and kiosk stand packages
  • Manage and track the sponsor deliverables ensuring suppliers receive regular reports on sponsorships booked
  • Manage the meeting room inventory - working with the venues, sales team and show contractor
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of marketing deliverables for sponsor partnerships
  • Maintain and update the sponsor portal including working with the show contractor and venue to update the sponsor and exhibitor webshops and sponsor ordering
  • Maintain and manage the assist inbox alongside the Senior Commercial Operations Executive and the Admin Assistant
  • Support on other core delivery activities of the show such as, but not limited to coordinating branded assets, ordering show resources, managing show shipments, managing temporary staffing and setup and management of the onsite organisers office.
  • Work with the Commercial Operations Manager on adhoc bespoke inventory projects, where required

  • This role is essential to the onsite delivery so it is necessary that the successful applicant is able to travel, including but not limited to Singapore, Thailand, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and United States of America.
