Responsibilities 

  • Performing IT site due diligences to identify needs for new offices and newly acquired businesses 
  • Design IT build-out strategies for new office locations, including leading technical site project plans. 
  • Manage and coordinate technical vendors for onsite technical work, including cabling, network & infrastructure implementations 
  • Collaborating with our Denovo, Implementation, and Acquisitions teams to identify equipment needs, create delivery timelines, and manage end-user, office, and network equipment installations for offices nationally. 
  • Hands-on equipment installations. 
  • Resolve onsite technical support issues for small to medium sized medical practice offices 
  • Perform end-user training on business systems and equipment as needed. 
  • When not in the field, perform other IT related duties as directed by IT Leadership including working standard helpdesk tickets. 
  • This position may involve up to 60% travel in Texas. (Dallas, Austin, Houston area)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in an IT helpdesk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

Compensation: 75-80K annually + 10% annual bonus
