Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams.

• Maintain relationships and represent the company to the customer during project execution.

• Oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle – from concept to implementation.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans.

• Conduct project risk reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Drive continuous improvement of team competencies, operational KPIs, and cross-team collaboration.

• Manage communications between all project stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in project leadership.

• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.

• A proactive “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse, remote, and onsite teams.

• Proficiency in the MS Office package.
