Recruitment
Lead and coordinate end-to-end Direct/blue-collar recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding documentation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of direct/blue-collar hiring needs.
Onboarding
Manage and facilitate employee induction and onboarding programs, ensuring new hires receive a positive and compliant onboarding experience.
Support workforce planning activities by maintaining hiring trackers and providing recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, GR, and Operations, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
HR Business Support
Assist HR Business Partners in the execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
Coordinate engagement events and activities to enhance employee experience and support retention objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, reporting, and employee experience
HR Analytics
Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and reports, providing insights on headcount, recruitment, turnover, onboarding, diversity, and other key HR metrics.
