What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative and clerical support across Gainesville, Toccoa, and Habersham quarries and the Recycle Aggregates Group
  • Process daily tickets, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate communications between operations, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for production, sales, and compliance activities
  • Support site leadership with scheduling, data entry, and basic reporting/analysis

Work Environment
This role supports multiple aggregate quarry and recycling locations and will involve both office-based work and periodic site visits. The environment may include exposure to typical quarry conditions such as noise, dust, and varying weather. Collaboration across locations and flexibility to support operational needs are key to success.
