What you’ll be doing

Lead the continuous improvement & automation strategy, roadmap, and delivery of internal business applications built on Microsoft Power Platform and a third‑party‑developed workflow application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering, scope definition, delivery planning, kickoff, risk management, stakeholder engagement, UAT oversight, hypercare, and project closure.

  • Own the product backlog: intake, prioritisation, release planning, enhancement review, and change governance.

  • Track adoption and application performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.

  • Analyze business processes and define workflows, data models, integrations, and security controls.

  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams and solution documentation.

  • Build value cases, estimate effort, assess solution options, and present recommendations.

  • Own enhancement lifecycle for Power Platform applications.

  • Manage user onboarding, permissions, audit logs, guides.

  • Lead triage of user issues and coordinate fixes.

  • Administer configuration and releases for custom workflow application (third‑party developed).

  • Liaise with vendors and validate fixes.

  • Continuously identify optimisation opportunities across processes, workflows, and digital solutions, ensuring applications evolve with business needs.

  • Drive a culture of improvement by analysing performance data, prioritising enhancements, and embedding best‑practice methodologies into solution design and delivery.

  • Develop and drive an AI strategy for business processes and internal applications, identifying where AI capabilities can enhance efficiency, decision‑making, and automation.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to embed AI and intelligent automation into existing tools, workflows, reporting, and user journeys.

  • Collaborate with other group companies to share best practices, align on automation and AI initiatives, and jointly explore cross‑enterprise opportunities for smarter, scalable solutions.

  • Having 10 years of experience, specializing in technology-driven process improvement and automation

  • Strong experience in product ownership or platform management within Power Platform.

  • Strong project delivery and stakeholder management.

  • Understanding solution design: workflows, integrations, security.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
