Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Program Control Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Global Surveillance Division. This leadership role is located in Melbourne, FL.
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems, Global Surveillance Division is currently seeking a Manager of Program Control 2, in support of our MDC2 International Program Portfolio, for the Business Management Organization at our Melbourne, FL facility. This is a demanding role supporting development contracts in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The Program Control Manager will lead, supervise, and train a team of cost analysts responsible for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and analysis, Material Cost Management, Subcontractor incorporation, SOX compliance, funding analysis, program financial analysis, and internal and external audits. The Program Control Manager is also responsible for providing functional oversight of the MDC2 International team, including engagement, staffing, and employee growth and development.

Salary Range: $119,300.00 - $178,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
