Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: 1, Should work on Opentext Archive server and its components like Windows Viewer, Web Viewer, Document Pipeline, Enterprise scan solution and cache servers etc. 2, Should work on SAP Data & document archiving configuration. Need to have end to end Archiving implementation experience. 3, Should work on end to end implementation of Archive repositories along with the structure of Pools, Volumes and Buffers 4, Connect with business and gather the requirements and give a presentation to the customers about the Archiving possibilities. 5, Propose solutions based on requirements and Taana Analysis. 6, Update the documentation and follow the Roche process which includes different tools like Service now tool, JIRA, HP-ALM tool, CHARM tool and google share drives. 7, Coordinate between Business and other functional teams should be able to drive the things independently. Good to have debugging experience. 8, Communicates project status to all the stakeholders and also work on the customizations as per the client adhoc requests. 9, Should work on troubleshooting the errors/issues by analysis the logs. 10, Should work on the Certificate creation/renewal by using KeyTool Professional & Technical Skills: 1, Should have experience in SAP Data archiving, Document Archiving, Printlist archiving and monitoring. 2, Should have experience in Dart tools and SAP AIS Infostructures. 3, Work experience in SOFFCONT1 migration and end to end implementation of Data Archiving and Document Archiving. 4, Lead and coordinate configuration and implementation of archiving objects within the project scope according to signed off user requirements. 5, Customizing knowledge of new content repository in Admin client and volume creation in OS level. 6, Opentext archive server monitoring through admin client and document management in Linux OS. 7, Should have knowledge on Java and Tomcat applications. 8, Should have experience in the Certificate creation/renewal by using KeyTool 9, Should have experience in end to end implementation of Archive repositories along with the structure of Pools, Volumes and Buffers. 10, Should have experience in troubleshooting the errors by analysis the logs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
