    Position Summary:
    The Business Operations Specialist Intern will support operational effectiveness by helping build and organize the team’s training toolbox while also assisting with CRM data cleanup efforts. This role is highly detail-oriented and process-focused, requiring the ability to gather, document, validate, and organize information using multiple resources. The intern will play a critical role in ensuring training documentation is accurate, usable, and standardized, while improving data quality within internal systems.

    Scope of Work & Responsibilities:
    The intern will support business operations initiatives by:
    • Creating and organizing a centralized training toolbox for internal use
    • Gathering training materials from multiple sources, including documentation, recordings, and subject matter experts
    • Logging, categorizing, and validating training content to ensure accuracy and usability
    • Reviewing documentation for consistency, completeness, and version control
    • Supporting ongoing updates and maintenance of training materials
    • Assisting with data cleanup efforts within the CRM system
    • Auditing CRM records for accuracy, completeness, and duplication
    • Standardizing data fields and ensuring adherence to data entry best practices
    • Partnering with business and operations stakeholders to confirm requirements and validate updates

    Skills & Experience Gained:
    • Hands-on experience in business operations and process documentation
    • Exposure to training enablement and knowledge management best practices
    • Experience working within CRM systems and improving data quality
    • Ability to organize, validate, and maintain operational documentation
    • Development of attention to detail, process improvement, and operational rigor
    • Practical experience supporting scalable business processes and internal teams

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience
    High School Diploma or GED required
    0–2 years of related experience
    3.0 GPA

    Additional Requirements
    Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student or recent graduate
    Interest in business operations, process improvement, training enablement, or data management
    Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements

    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

      Pay Rate

      $17.25 - $20.50 Hourly

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
