From our three production facilities in Barbados, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, we offer our regional customers design services and premium quality packaging solutions that add value to their brands.
We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as a Business Development Executive, the key responsibilities of which are:
Servicing a portfolio of local and regional customers to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the Company’s customer base.
Assisting in the development of the Company’s regional business development strategy.
Analyzing client needs to recommend appropriate materials, printing processes, and functional, aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective designs.
Preparing proposals, negotiating pricing, handling inquiries, and utilizing CRM systems to track interactions and forecast sales.
Coordinating with production and design teams to ensure product quality, branding consistency, and on-time delivery.
Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, such as sustainable packaging and regulatory compliance for labelling.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing OR previous working/business experience in a Sales & Marketing capacity.
The ability to speak Spanish and/or French would be an asset but is not essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
Highly motivated and creative
Capable of working with minimal supervision
The ability to handle a fast paced, dynamic environment.
A good working knowledge of spreadsheet, word-processing and database programmes.
