Salary: £35,520 - £51,060

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our service and support our team in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safe, effective service delivery

• Ensure full compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Support and guide recovery workers to provide excellent care

• Work closely with the Locality Manager to plan and deliver business plans and budgets

• Manage contracts and regulated activity in line with CQC requirements

• Ensure safe management and administration of medication

What We’re Looking For

• Substantial experience in contract management and regulated services

• Ability to meet CQC standards and obtain/maintain relevant qualifications

• Proven experience developing business plans and managing budgets

• Strong understanding of the recovery model

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

• Flexible, collaborative approach and strong problem-solving abilities

• Skilled at managing conflicting priorities and handling sensitive situations with tact

• Good investigation and communication skills
