Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/week)

What You'll Do

Works independently to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate all clinical, staff, and administrative functions. Collaborates with other management team members to develop and foster an effective clinical climate. Communicates effectively and professionally with physicians, mid-levels, critical care department leaders, and Specialists to positively maximize patient care. Works jointly with administration, physicians and staff to develop the department’s mission, vision, values, goals, long range plans, product lines, services, capital and operation budgets, policies and procedures

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
