What you will be doing:
This position will provide technology applications support, troubleshooting, training, and project management for assigned Workday applications.
The primary focus of this position is to provide the above-mentioned services to support financial accounting, financial reporting, accounts receivable, revenue, supplier accounts, procurement, business assets, expenses, cash and banking and Financial Planning & Analysis. Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to managing ServiceNow tickets, creation, and maintenance of WD reports and other system related administrative tasks along with quarterly Audit tasks related to Premier’s SOX controls.
This position will work closely with all finance individuals, as well as interact with both internal and external auditors. This position will also support special projects, as necessary.

Responsibility #1 – 50%

Responsibility #2 – 25%
Provide back up for the management of ServiceNow tickets directly tied to Workday Administration.
Support in creating and maintaining reports.
Review periodic Workday updates for impact to assigned WD applications.
Support and coordinate with auditors on SOX for reporting and technical aspects of financial systems
Responsibility #3 – 25%
Research and troubleshoot Workday issues by doing research on Workday community, and by attending Workday learning/training sessions, conferences, and product webinars for better understanding of the system
Identify opportunities to enhance automation of the different business processes.
Perform other duties as needed to support the department
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
