Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve conflicts.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud-based customer experience solutions.
- Ability to configure and customize Genesys Cloud CX applications to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques involving APIs and third-party services within the Genesys Cloud environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a cloud contact center platform.
- Knowledge of best practices for performance optimization and security within cloud-based customer engagement systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
