About the team + role

Robinhood is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to develop and drive high impact programs in Developer Infrastructure.

In this role you will partner with engineering managers to create cross-functional programs that support platforms that enable engineering to move with quality, velocity, and confidence.

What you’ll do

  • Hands on, end-to-end program management from design to delivery
  • Provide process and structure for quarterly planning across 6 engineering teams
  • Create and analyze quarterly developer surveys
  • Collaborate with different engineering teams to solve bottlenecks in engineering quality and velocity
  • Build strong relationships with XFN partners on the business side to ensure the alignment of needs and priorities with Engineering initiatives

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience leading technical programs at scale
  • Strong technical background with engineering tools used to traverse the Software Development Lifecycle (Build, Test, Deploy, Operate)
  • Familiarity with build systems, software testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with both engineering and non-engineering audiences
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize automation over manual processes.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
