Summary
The People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (BP) plays a pivotal role in shaping a thriving workplace culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving impactful people initiatives for the business areas they support. A strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach, the P&C BP builds trusted relationships with leaders and employees alike, enabling them to anticipate and address people needs that align with functional success. From talent acquisition to offboarding, the BP manages the full employee lifecycle while serving as a key advisor on recruitment, employee relations, and broader P&C strategies.
Reporting to the Director, P&C, this role works closely with the broader P&C team to ensure seamless delivery of people solutions that align with business objectives.

Daiya’s compensation offerings are based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. The pay range for this position is from $75,000 - $100,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent team members may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
