A Day in the Life

Medtronic is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure their needs are met with excellence and care. We are looking for a person for a full-time position – 40 hours per week during standard business opening hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 – 16:30) and located in Bratislava, Slovakia with possibility to work from home.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Receives orders via various channels including electronic ones and ex relevant follow-up on open orders
  • Manages order entry responsibility in SAP
  • Answers customer queries over email and telephone
  • Interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department
  • Connects customers to appropriate support or field staff
  • Handles customer complaints along with their registration in the relevant systems
  • Issues invoices and corrective documents where necessary.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Slovak language + English language fluency B2 or higher
  • Secondary grammar school graduate or higher
  • Accuracy, diligence and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Excel.

Experience in SAP system and or previous relevant customer service experience would be ideal but not a must have.
