Position Summary:
 
SBD Procurement Operations team is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager, Operational Risk & Business Excellence, to join our T&O team.  The person in this role will be a key driver of Operational Risk Management, fully integrated with RPM teams in terms of program managing the proactive & reactive measures as part of supply chain continuity. The role also works closely with Strategic Risk team to drive actions at supply base to influence Operational Risk into supply base.

Responsibilities include:
 

  • Develop and execute Operational Risk Strategy to manage Supplier 4 Wall actions with a horizon of 0-18 months.
  • Lead the program management of both proactive & reactive levers to drive actions around Delivery performance consistency, Systemic problems (tooling, etc.), Capacity & Others.
  • Support Suppliers On Time Delivery performance in close collaboration with RPMs.
  • Debottlenecking Supply Constraints by adopting best in class Problem Solving Methodology.
  • Lead Product Compliance activities implementation at supply base in collaboration with RPM & SQE.
  • Develop & Deploy Hypercare program for critical supply base.

You also have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement or supply chain function is desirable.
  • Engineering degree in relevant area required, Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial engineering preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, should costing, materials and experience in managing electro-mechanical component categories.
  • Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Excellent Communication Skills with English Language Proficiency.
  • Experience working with Global & Diverse teams in Europe & Asia
  • Ability to take accountability for driving results and overcoming challenges
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes
