Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)

We’re growing and looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate CSR to join our team immediately. This is more than a receptionist role—you are the first impression, the calm voice during stressful moments, and a key part of the care we provide.

About us:  

Cottage Pet Hospital, part of the AmeriVet family, is a busy multi-doctor veterinary hospital in Anaheim, CA. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care to pets and excellent service to their families. Our team works in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and compassion are essential.

Schedule:

Full-Time, weekends required

Compensation:

$24.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk

  • Provide clear, compassionate communication about services and care

  • Handle payments and maintain organized, accurate records

  • Keep the day running smoothly by supporting doctors and technicians

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is required (you know how to make people feel valued)

  • Veterinary experience is strongly preferred (we’ll train the right person!)

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

  • Genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
